  • 40 g Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds lightly toasted
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup/honey (optional)

  1. 1. Combine oats & water/almond milk in saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 5 min.
  2. 2. Stir in berries, almonds, cinnamon. 3. Drizzle with maple syrup/honey if desired.
